To ship to multiple addresses you have to place individual orders.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Mavis utilizes priority shipping to deliver your order within two to five working days. However, certain delays may occur due to situations beyond our control. You can track your order through the tracking number provided by the courier company.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
You can contact the courier company in order to arrange a specific delivery time.
Can they leave the gift at the door if no one is available?
This delivery method can be agreed with the courier company. Once you have received the order confirmation, you have the possibility of agreeing the delivery method with the courier company.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We cooperate with DHL.
Is it possible to order online and pick them up in a store?
No, we currently handle all orders online.
Does Mavis ship outside Spain?
