Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel.

Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify online. Mavis customer service would be delighted to help you in this matter.

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 48 hours(including holidays and weekends) of receipt, with a detailed description and photographs. The courier company will collect the product free of charge. Staff from the customer service department will contact you to solve the problem and find a solution.
